About Me

My photo
Aroma Fields
Originally, I began this blog while I was a member of Etsy, a community of shops offering handmade products. I sold my handcrafted, soy candle products and goat milk soaps. My little business was a success but my enjoyment was cut short as I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in October, 2008. While undergoing recovery and treatments the past year, and during the times that my health permits, I'm able to do the crafts I enjoy so I post some of them here. I have a passion for crocheting, sewing..and just making pretty things. But my biggest passion of all is my family. I have two beautiful, grown daughters whom I've given wings to fly. They're married and have given me two wonderful son-in-laws and three, sweet and gorgeous grand daughters. I have one handsome, compassionate son with admirable values. My hubby is my best friend, staunch supporter..and my teddy bear. My family wouldn't be complete without fur people by which I'm owned by two loving cats. While I continue to battle pancreatic cancer, my crafting is therapeutic and makes me feel productive so I'll continue to make and sell my products as long as I can.
